Colors for Holi

Catch-a-Fire at Color Me Rad, Philadelphia, PA – June 16, 2013, 8AM. Immediately after my colleague informed me registration was open, I went to the website for the details. Out of 90 cities across the United States and Canada, Virginia Beach, VA and Knoxville, TN were the cities sold out. Last year was the inaugural year of the Color Me Rad 5K Run , an event inspired by Holi, the Hindu festival of colors celebrating the coming of spring.  With the Virginia Beach event closed, I’ve decided I’m going to run and play in colors in Fairmount Park.  A portion of the proceeds from the event benefit the Special Olympics.

Join our team, Catch-a-Fire. We’re going to make it a beautiful day.  Let’s celebrate the vibrance of life together!  Be the rainbow!
